The global trends towards miniaturization of devices and systems open up  many  new fields in nanomanufacturing. This encompasses the synthesis of nanomaterials, the fabrication of devices, nano-features for various products and systems, process monitoring and quality control, simulations, characterization methods, and applications of nanoscience and nanotechnologies.  Since 2008, the serial nanoMan conferences has become one of the most famous international forums for leading exerts to exchange latest developments, research findings and visions in the field of nanomanufacturing. It also aims to promote the sharing of ideas, as well as to foster R&D collaborations amongst academia, research institutions, and relevant industries.

The 7th International Conference on Nanomanufacturing 2021(Online and Offline) will be held on 15-17th October 2021 in Xi’an, China. On behalf of the International Society for Nanomanufacturing (ISNM), you are cordially invited to participate in and contribute to the nanoMan2021 conference. The scientific program will include plenary lectures by invited speakers, invited sessions, and contributed paper presentations. All contributed papers will be subjected to a full review process. Selected papers will be recommended for the publication in the journal of Nanomanufacturing and Metrology.Other papers will be included in the proceedings of nanoMan2021. The proceedings will be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
